Accomplishments
- Performs a leadership role (including recruitment and credentialing) in the ongoing development of a multi-specialty reviewer network to support independent review contracts of Lumetra Healthcare Solutions. Practitioners are licensed, board certified in their specialty, and often affiliated with many tertiary care academic medical settings within and outside of California.
- Maintains an active clinical practice in a multi-specialty group in California. Practice interests include adult and teen preventive health, travel medicine, and geriatric medicine.
- Assists in the protocol development and training of staff for the case review process for Lumetra Healthcare Solutions projects.
- Has experience in the review and monitoring of quality improvement and/or corrective action plans developed by providers and practitioners for quality assurance. In addition, serves as an internal medicine physician reviewer and oversight for both utilization and quality of care issues.Â
