Accomplishments
- Led Lumetra healthcare solutions designation as the Greater Bay Area Local Extension Center (LEC), to offer technical assistance with EHR adoption to Priority Primary Care Providers (PPCPs) in the following counties: San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Alameda, Contra Costa, Santa Cruz, Monterey and San Benito.
Lumetra is working to accelerate the development, adoption and use of health information technology by leveraging our Service Partner Network (SPN), physician groups and HIT experts in the State of California. Directed the development of on-line tools, interactive technology messaging and advisory forums to build our EHR adoption approach through a collaborative, vendor-neutral approach, leveraging all available local, regional and national resources to create efficient, scalable solutions and disseminate best practices for health information technology adoption and meaningful use. - Improved and expanded healthcare service markets programs to include health information exchanges by providing consultative services that led to new business, increased operating revenues, and enhanced service utilization.
- Developed pharmacy consulting processes that grew market opportunity by more than 75% by means of solutions-oriented approach.
- Built virtual benches of HIE/EHR administrators, applications trainers, project managers, and technical resources to be deployed at client sites. In addition to this, responsible for the installations and implementations of Health Information systems within healthcare organizations and medical practices.
