Enrolled Physician Services

Once you have returned your Readiness & Workflow Practice Self-Assessment, you will be eligible for the following services depending on your practice needs:

Site Visit  – One of Lumetra’s staff will make a visit to your practice to meet with your staff and better assess your practice needs.

Practice Service Plan – After reviewing your Readiness Assessment and meeting with your practice, Lumetra will create a Practice Service Plan. This will cover all potential services that we predict will be required in an EHR Implementation for your practice. The service plan will also make an EHR vendor recommendation, with Lumetra having vendor neutrality. If your practice already has an EHR system implemented, the Practice Service Plan will focus on system optimization or integration for your practice.

Vendor Selection – Once you have reviewed the Practice Service Plan that Lumetra created for your practice, you will need to make a vendor selection if your practice does not currently have an EHR system. You can use the vendor that Lumetra recommends to you, or one of your own choosing.

EHR Implementation or Optimization – Once a vendor has been selected for your practice, Lumetra will follow the necessary steps to implement your EHR system. If you already have an EHR system, we will work to optimize the system that you have in place. When the system is running efficiently, the step is referred to as “Go-Live.”

Assistance Reaching Meaningful Use Requirements – Once your EHR system is running efficiently, Lumetra will assist your practice in the steps necessary to achieve the current Meaningful Use requirements.

If you have questions about any of the above services, click on the name of the service to send us an email requesting information.
