Lumetra Healthcare Solutions

Lumetra Healthcare Solutions was recently awarded a contract from Manatt Health Solutions to support the California E-Prescribing Consortium, a group with the vision of promoting e-prescribing (eRx), as part of an electronic health record (EHR) as the standard of care.

The consortium’s objectives are to inform a statewide plan, through regional experience, to:

• Increase provider adoption
• Increase payer provision of electronic eligibility, formulary, and medication history
• Increase pharmacy productivity, and
• Raise consumer and purchaser confidence and demand

Lumetra Healthcare Solutions will provide vendor-related coordination and information to the Consortium (www.calerx.org), to broaden adoption throughout California.
