Using software and electronic systems to reduce complexity

Earlier this year, the Lumetra Patient Safety Organization (LPSO), a federally listed component PSO, announced a strategic partnership with Australia’s iSOFT Group Limited (iSOFT), a world leader in health information technology, including incident management software. Under the agreement, the Lumetra PSO uses, distributes and supports iSOFT’s AIMS incident management software to provide comprehensive solutions for healthcare providers and Patient Safety Organizations who want to reduce the complexity and cost of their patient safety and risk management programs.

In addition, we have helped our clients for 25 years (and counting) in improving healthcare efficiency and effectiveness and reducing complexity in physician practice settings.

  • We developed and led the national Doctors Office Quality – IT (DOQ-IT) program for Medicare
  • Our experience with Electronic Health Records adoption includes 1130 physicians in over 464 practices during 2003–2009, including those with medical groups & IPAs 
  • We provided technical assistance to 211 Medicare Care Management Program, P4P practices
